Combined with every issue of "Cartophilic Notes & News" is the eagerly awaited Postal Auction List. The "PA", as it is generally known, has built up a reputation for looking after members interests, whether buying or selling. The system of grading cards operates without a 'hard sell' interest - accurate description of condition (based on the Society's recently published recommended grading guide-lines) is a paramount feature. Unreasonable reserves are discouraged. The nominal commission rate charged benefits Cartophily and it's less than the commercial options.
