It's all system go for this year's National Cigarette and Trade Card Collectors' Convention in the Southport Theatre & Convention Centre, The Promenade, PR9 0DZ. The event takes place on April 23rd and 24th 2010.

A message from Dave Davis, the convention organiser:
You
will find with this magazine (Sept/Oct issue) a TABLE
BOOKING REQUEST form, and I do ask
that EVERYONE who would like one or more
tables at Southport to complete this and return
it to me as soon as possible at the address shown.
(Note from webmaster, also available as download, click here). I know that in the past some bookings have
been assumed to run from year to year, but I
consider that the above procedure is essential to
ensure that I know exactly what everyone
wants. If you do NOT require a table, there is
no need to take any action.
Please note that there is a small change to the
table pricing structure. A single table in the
centre of the room will cost £40 and a wall
backed single table will cost £55. A double table
will cost £85 and £115 respectively and a triple
table £130 and £175. Additional tables are
available at a cost of £20 each for both centre
and wall spaces.
These prices are of course for the 2 days. If
you only want a table for 1 day, then for the
Friday only the price will be reduced by £10
per table and for Saturday only by £15 per
table. Please indicate on the booking form if
you only wish to book for 1 day and which day
that is.
